The Bone Zone: Carnival of Healthy Choices
February 19 - May 26

Step right up to explore and learn how diet and exercise keep your bones healthy. The Bone Zone Carnival of Healthy Choices features nine informative, interactive displays that engage children and adults, and help them develop lifelong, healthy habits.

 Step Into The Bone Zone: Discover two sideshows “Your Bones Are Alive,” and the “Incredible Bone Crusher,” which challenges you to test your strength against healthy bones that Murfreesboro Chiropractic Clinicreceive plenty of exercise and calcium and weak bones affected by osteoporosis.

•  Bone Up On Calcium: Play along to learn how much you’d have to eat to get the calcium equivalent of three cups of milk a day.

• The Amazing Bone Builder: This animated video shows you how your bodies use calcium to form new bones.

 
 











 
  • What’s On The Inside Counts: A simulated X-ray machine lets you see if you can tell how strong your bones are just by looking at them. A great photo opportunity too.
     
  • Femur Frenzy: This computer game of smarts and brute force invites you to make the best food and activity choices.
     
  • The Mysterious Madame Ulna: This skeletal seer predicts the future of your bones from the activity choices you make today.
     
  • Astonishing Feats of Strength: How large would a leg bone made of pine, or concrete, or glass, need to be to be as strong as your bones?
     
  • The Hip Joint: Shake those bones by getting out on the floor to dance or tap out a tune with your feet.
     
  • Picture Your Future: Gaze into the funhouse mirror and imagine a life with healthy bones that receive plenty of calcium and exercise.
