Camps are available for children ages 4 – 14, Click here for details.... page 1, page 2 CELEBRATE WEEK OF THE YOUNG CHILD - APRIL 18 Week of the Young Child is an annual celebration sponsored by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. It provides a venue for Rutherford Association for the Education of Young Children is sponsoring the FREE event from 5:00-7:30pm. Regular admission applies from 10:00am-5:00pm. Activities for both young and older children will make this a fun event! WORLD TURTLE DAY - MAY 23rd! Meet at the Murfree Spring Boardwalk May 23rd from 3:30-5:00pm to learn more about turtles. You will see live turtles, use microscopes, eat turtle track snacks and enjoy other hands-on activities at this event. Dr. Brian Miller, an Advisory Board member and MTSU Faculty member will be on hand to discuss current research. Outside activities are free, regular admission fee applies to inside activities. SAVE THE DATE - Secret Garden Party June 13 Secret Garden Party this year is June 13 at the home of Ronnie Barrett. We are also reviving the Secret Garden Tour due to popular demand. Seven gardens on Main Street, Cherry Lane and the Barrett home on Southeast Broad Street are being featured on June 14 from 10:00am-4:00pm. Watch for more details.
